Como algunos sabréis, el vocalista de la banda finlandesa The Rasmus publicó su primer álbum en solitario hace 4 años. Lejos de dejar la banda con la que hizo giras a posteriori, Lauri Ylönen aprovechó ese disco para cantar algo que le gusta también, más electrónico pero que, como el mismo dice, no encaja en el estilo de The Rasmus.

"The next single will be a song called Sail Away, and we just shot a video for this one in Riga, which is a really beautiful place, we played there a couple of times. It's Latvia. And that was a really special location. We shot the video on the beach and it's a strange beach because the water looks really cold like, very icy, and then again the beach is just pure wild sand and the forest is just like pine trees. So it's really weird combination like, it looks like... like it's very Northern but it's somehow like Spain or something, you know..."

Finnish design differs from the design house steeped in Japanese people. MTV.fi reached homes and apartments Helsinki Apartment Point Oy Kimmo Ojanen. Ojanen told Ylönen to have been heavily involved in housing design and construction.
"The house was about five years. Lauri himself designed the house and made 3D images. The design took three years, and the construction of the two. The house was completed last summer and it really stacks up in international comparisons. Influences is certainly taken from California," Ojanen says.

Already in 1996 we played a gig at the stadium as Rasmus for a good cause. I always try to participate in charity project also in a concrete way, whether by donating a real goat to an African village or by buying a fine necklace as a memento for myself.
