Alkoholinhuuruinen rock life does not belong to The Rasmus bass player's life for years. Still rocking between sulfur wants irrotella.
Eero Heinonen is now a peaceful family life, celebrating the musician, who lives with his family in Italy. Power of everyday life, he gets to meditate, which has opened up a whole new world for him. Spirituality is now an important part of life, and man carries around his neck own spiritual teacher, the Indian Shrimatajin image.
"If a person applies for the spiritual dimension of life, and doing it just through meditation, so it has an impact on everything we do. Meditation is important to me, because I have found myself more through it," Eero recognized."I do not regret my past, and everyone must pass through on it's way, what life looks like. Oh it say that I accidentally sucked into this, but at the moment this is my life story."
Sahaja Yoga, hobby Eero Heinonen visited spirituality quite by accident.
"I'm not really looking for any spiritual thing in any way, but then I was at one time in one music school, where my friend practiced meditation. He introduced me to the matter, and then when I started to become aware of it, it felt really good. Life is verevämpää and I feel I more. It seems that the heart has more to give."
Although spirituality is a musician of work in addition to working as a director, she insists life, no man living, however, without the craziness. Heinonen up to encourage people to throw ideas between the corner and let it go.

La vita Rock piena di alcol non appartiene a quella del bassista dei The Rasmus da anni. Si scatena ancora però di tanto in tanto.
Eero Heinonen vive ora una tranquilla vita in famiglia, celebriamo il musicista, che vive con la sua famiglia in Italia. L'energia per la vita di tutti i giorni la trae dalla meditazione, che ha aperto un mondo completamente nuovo per lui. La spiritualità è ora una parte importante della vita, e l'uomo porta al collo il suo insegnante spirituale, l'immagine dell'indiana Shrimatajin.
"Se una persona cerca una dimensione spirituale della vita, e lo fa solo attraverso la meditazione, allora ha un impatto su tutto ciò che facciamo. La meditazione è importante per me, perché ho trovato me stesso attraverso essa," ha riconosciuto Eero.
"Non rimpiango il mio passato, e tutti ci devono passare durante il loro cammino, tra quello che la vita ci riserva. Oh, dice che mi ci sono ritrovato per caso, ma al momento questa è la storia della mia vita."
La Sahaja Yoga, l'hobby in cui Eero ha trovato la spiritualità, è arrivato quasi per caso.
"Non stavo cercando cose spirituali in nessun modo, ma poi mi sono trovato una volta in una scuola di musica, dove un mio amico praticava la meditazione. Lui mi ha fatto conoscere la materia, e poi quando ho iniziato a prendere coscienza di questo, mi sentivo veramente bene. La vita è ... la sento di più, sembra che il cuore ha più da dare."
Anche se la spiritualità è presente nel musicista che lavora anche come regista, insiste che nella vita di nessun uomo può mancare un pizzico di follia. Heinonen incoraggia le persone a buttare le idee in un angolo e a lasciarsi andare.
"Non bevo alcolici da molto tempo, ma penso che sia davvero importante che ci siano momenti in cui un uomo non sia bloccato. Come ad esempio, sul palco o ballando. Fare qualcosa senza pensarci su, o iniziare ad analizzare. E' davvero importante il nero, ed anche se io non.., così nero è bello, ma tra momenti in cui ci si lascia andare. Fare una cosa del genere, che è del tutto assurdo," confessa il Rocker.
